Terms of Service

Epik Proxy is operated by Epik Proxy, Lagos, Nigeria. We resell and manage access to proxy servers — residential, mobile, ISP, IPv4 and IPv6 — which are delivered to your dashboard as connection credentials (host, port, username and password). Both HTTPS and SOCKS5 access are included with every proxy.

You must provide accurate registration details and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your password and proxy credentials secure, and for all activity carried out through them. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Proxies are delivered automatically to your dashboard as soon as payment is confirmed — normally within seconds, and always within 24 hours. Crypto payments are credited after the required number of on-chain confirmations. If delivery fails, the refund policy applies.

Prices are published on the pricing page and quoted in USD. Naira charges are converted at the rate displayed at checkout. Orders are paid from your wallet balance, which you fund by cryptocurrency or, for Nigerian customers, bank transfer and card. Plans do not auto-renew unless you explicitly enable renewal; expired proxies stop working at the end of their term.

You may not use Epik Proxy to:

• Access systems you are not authorised to access
• Send spam, phishing, or malware of any kind
• Commit fraud, card testing, or identity theft
• Launch DDoS or other attacks against any network
• Distribute child sexual abuse material or other illegal content
• Resell or share credentials without our written agreement

We cooperate with lawful requests from Nigerian and international authorities. Breaching this section results in immediate termination without refund.

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, nor do we guarantee that any particular third-party website will accept traffic from a given IP. Planned maintenance is announced in advance on the status page.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or has an unresolved payment dispute. You can close your account at any time from the dashboard; unused wallet balance is returned in line with the refund policy.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the dashboard at least 7 days before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
